Virtual Yoga & Yoga/Dance Classes

What to wear and bring: Directives will be provided after registration for the specific class.

Registration: The classes will occur on Zoom. Once registration happens, you will be provided with a calendar invite that will have the Zoom link and other logistical directives. To register for a class, please contact us here. Registration should occur 12 hours prior to the desired class time to ensure attendance.

During Class: On the date of the class, once you click the Zoom link for the class (in your calendar) you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. You will then gain access to the class . Please mute yourself upon entering. You will have access into the virtual yoga space 5 minutes before the class through 5 minutes after the starting time of the class. For example, for the Friday Gentle yoga class, the virtual doors of the class will be open 6:55pm through 7:05pm. Access will not be granted after the closing of the virtual doors, in order to not disrupt the flow of the class. 

Cancellation policies: Cancellation provided 12 hours or more prior to the class will incur no penalty (if the class was purchased at full price). The class credit can used for another class time for the same class or another class of the same cost. This offer is not available for the class package promotions. Late cancellations will not receive class credit. If you arrive late for the class (for e.g. after 7:05) it will be counted as a late cancellation. Please note that the classes are not transferable.

If the class was cancelled by Empress Ngala or any other ISW teacher, each student for that specific class will receive a class credit. 

Please note that for class packages, the expiration date cannot be extended beyond its time.

Individual Sessions (Reiki and Coaching)

Upon registering for a session, you will be required to put a deposit of 50% of the minimum session amount (based on the sliding scale. To view session rates, please visit the Services/Offerings page). Your appointment time is being saved just for you. If you need to change or cancel your session, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. If this notice is not given and you are cancelling the appointment, the deposit will be kept to cover the operational costs I incur when I am not given enough time to schedule your time with someone else. Additionally, planning for your session begins prior the actual session, the deposit will also cover the time rendered. If you cancel the appointment 24 hours or more, the 50% deposit will be returned to you or you can choose to transfer the deposit to another time and session of a similar sliding scale rate.
